THANK YOU MACAULAY!
From hand sanitizer to hacksaws and from tarps to toothbrushes, your donations to Macaulay’s emergency supplies will help us be prepared. In addition to all the items generously donated, we also received over $500 in cash donations for emergency supplies. Thank you so much!
On Sunday, November 20 from 7:30 – 9pm there will be a Macaulay Emergency Prep Committee (MEP) volunteer meeting at Spinnakers. There are opportunities to better prepare the school in the event of an earthquake emergency and MEP is responding.
Feel free to join us for this no-pressure event to learn about the Committee, what we’ve done and what we plan to do. We also want to learn about you and any ideas that you may have to better prepare Macaulay in the event of an emergency.
To RSVP (by Sat. Nov. 19, please), or for more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are interested in contributing (in any capacity) but are unable to attend this initial meeting, please let us know and we will keep you informed.
– The Macaulay Student Emergency Information Form was sent out with the school packet of forms in October. In case you haven’t filled it out, we’ve attached it for you. Please submit to the front office.
– We are always accepting Comfort Kits from parents (a comforting letter and/or photo from you). They are voluntary, but can be helpful in reassuring your child as they wait for you in an emergency. The sooner you provide them, the sooner they can be filed and ready in case of an emergency. Please submit to the front office.
Thanks for participating and please let us know if you have any questions: email@example.com
